fix: create android/app directory before generating debug keystore

The keytool command fails without the directory existing first.
Add mkdir -p before the keytool genkeypair command.

fix: avoid SIGPIPE when accepting Android SDK licenses
...
Replace 'yes | sdkmanager --licenses' with 'printf y | sdkmanager --licenses'
to prevent exit code 141 (SIGPIPE) when the pipe closes after sdkmanager exits.
